SVGcharts was created by the awesome Tardigrada company to provide simple and clean-looking vector charts for presenting on the Web. The year 2007 was a bit too early for this project because the SVG format was still unknown and the *cough* Internet Explorer <= 8, the browser with the greatest market share, doesn't support it even now.
But ... with the format adopted by the big players like Google and Wikipedia and a hint that the IE9 could finally support it, maybe the SVGcharts will come back to life :) *fingers crossed*
